ABOUT ME

About Me

 

I am first and foremost a human who loves being in the outdoors. I am a runner, climber, nurse, artist, dog owner and resident of Evergreen Colorado.

 

Related Work:

I have worked as a running coach at STRIDE Southlands, creating running and strength programs for the boutique fitness studio. Additionally, I have worked at Friction Labs in the Production and Shipping departments with other humans who love rocks!

I have my UESCA certification for running coaches. I have completed an extensive Mountaineering Training program with Training Peaks. I have been coaching since 2021 - from 10Ks, half marathons, marathons and ultras (my personal favorite)

 

In 2022 I ran the Zion 50K, the Golden Gate Dirty 30 50K, Steamboat Emerald Mountain Epic Marathon & the DeadHorse 50 Mile Ultra.

In 2023 I have run the Gorge Falls 50K, Valkyrie half marathon, the 38 mile South Park Ultra and made my first attempt at the Leadville 100.

Why coach? 

 

While preparing for my own organized races, I learned a lot about running, training and listening to my body. At the end of the day, we are all an experiment of one. However I've learned there are many research based strategies to stay healthy/injury free, run more efficiently, see major improvements & ultimately have a ton of fun. 

 

My goal is to share what I've learned in the hopes that everyone who wants to run is equipped with the tools and knowledge to do so.

 

My emphasis with my clients is to meet whatever goals they have while staying healthy, seeing improvement and empowering them by giving them the knowledge and tools to listen their own body.

At the end of the day, I want to get away from a one size fits all approach to training. I want my clients to walk/run away from their experiences feeling more empowered, stronger and more in tune with their bodies. <3

One-time personalized plan & Education Session: $150

  • Create a training plan based on your goals and life schedule​

  • Discuss the basic rules of training

  • Injury prevention & Strength Training

  • How to listen to your body 

​

Continuous coaching: $100/month

  • Includes everything in the one -time session

  • + the ability to make individual training modifications

  • + race day specific preparation (gear, strategy etc.)

  • + regular check-ins, more specific work-outs depending on goals and specific needs​
